On average, 20,000 religious and health personnel are assigned during each Hajj and Umrah period. As a result of the analysis carried out by the Presidency of Religious Affairs, the Staff Automation was developed to centrally monitor and correctly plan the training, examination, passport, visa, transportation, and accommodation processes of the personnel to be assigned.
Before our program, these processes were tracked with non-specialized (Excel, etc.) programs and various errors were encountered. Thanks to our automation, all disruptions have been minimized. Our automation is web-based and is actively used by more than 5,000 users.
