Provincial and district mufti offices affiliated with the Presidency of Religious Affairs (Diyanet) opened accounts at Türkiye Halk Bank branches in their respective regions to collect payments from citizens for Hajj, Umrah, staff, and health-related procedures. Considering that each province and district had separate accounts across Türkiye, tracking payments, refunds, and reconciliation became highly problematic. Based on our analysis, we developed a custom web service project for Türkiye Halk Bank to enable central management and monitoring of all such transactions. With this solution, instant reconciliation is now possible.
