The Provincial/District Mufti Offices affiliated with the Presidency of Religious Affairs opened accounts at Kuveyttürk Participation Bank in their respective areas and collected payments for all HAJJ, UMRAH, OFFICIAL, and HEALTH transactions from the citizens of their regions. Considering that separate accounts were opened for all provinces and districts throughout Turkey, tracking payments and refunds as well as reconciliation processes were very challenging. As a result of our analysis, with the web service project we specially developed for Kuveyttürk Participation Bank, these processes are managed and monitored centrally. Reconciliation can be done instantly.
