Provincial and district mufti offices affiliated with the Presidency of Religious Affairs (Diyanet) used to collect payments from citizens in their regions for Hajj, Umrah, staff, and health procedures by opening accounts at the local branches of Türkiye Vakıflar Bank. Considering that separate accounts were opened for every city and district across Türkiye, tracking and reconciling payments and refunds posed significant challenges. As a result of our analysis, we developed a custom web service project for Türkiye Vakıflar Bank. Thanks to this project, these operations are now managed and monitored centrally. Instant reconciliation is now possible.
