The Presidency of Religious Affairs deploys Special Health Teams in Saudi Arabia for every Hajj season. There are hospitals in Mecca and Medina, along with over 20 health centers and pharmacies. To centrally manage and monitor the health automation processes of the pilgrims in the most accurate and efficient way, the Health Information System Automation was developed following a thorough analysis.
This automation has significantly reduced medication consumption. The healthcare services received by the pilgrims can also be monitored from Turkey.
