The Provincial/District Muftiships affiliated with the Presidency of Religious Affairs opened accounts at Ziraat Bank in their respective locations and collected payments from citizens in that region for all HAJJ, UMRA, OFFICIAL, and HEALTH transactions . Considering that separate accounts were opened for all provinces and districts across Turkey, tracking payments and refunds, as well as reconciliation processes, were extremely cumbersome. As a result of our analysis, the web service project we developed specifically for Ziraat Bank enables these processes to be managed and tracked centrally. Reconciliation can be achieved in real-time.
