Provincial and district mufti offices affiliated with the Presidency of Religious Affairs (Diyanet) used to open accounts at Türkiye Finans Participation Bank branches in their respective regions and collect payments from citizens for Hajj, Umrah, staff, and health-related procedures. Considering that separate accounts were opened for every province and district across Türkiye, tracking payments, refunds, and reconciliation processes became extremely challenging. Based on our analysis, we developed a customized web service project for Türkiye Finans Participation Bank. This system allows all these processes to be managed and tracked centrally. Reconciliation can now be achieved in real-time.
